Today, we are also focused on other services, such as IT consulting, data centres, security, software engineering, BPO and Industry 4.0
We are searching for an experienced International Sales Manager based in Arabia Saudi. Reporting to the SATEC Arabia General Manager his main JOB TASKS are the following:
- Define and meet business objectives and commercial plans
- Promote our services and solutions portfolio in collaboration with the corresponding business development and pre-sales teams
- Identify new customer sales opportunities as well as the ones in the existing customers
- Elaborate the commercial proposals, negotiate with suppliers and partners in order to fix the right prices and margins. Work close to other departments to ensure the offer fits with the real needs of the client
- Ensure the complete sales cycle, monitoring and looking after the customer commitments. Follow projects and manage blocking situations in order to guarantee the adequacy of the results with those required for technical quality, reliability and cost
- Analyze the customer level satisfaction and establish the right measures in case of any conflict
TRAINING:
- University degree or specialized engineer
WORKING EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum experience of 5 years working in sales position and with strong IT technical and project management background
LANGUAGES:
- Arab, essential
- English, essential
- Spanish or French, recommendable
CLEAR COMPETENCES:
- Negotiation sales techniques
- IT, Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 solutions knowledge
- An exhaustive understanding of the Saudi market and highly recommended to already have a portfolio of customers
