Sustainability Policy

Introduction

Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects are not isolated elements. Sustainability policies group them under a single approach to demonstrate the positive impact our business has on today's world. Compared to corporate social responsibility (CSR), ESG operates on a much broader and more measurable scale.

The SATEC Group ESG Policy establishes the company's strategic approach towards environmental, social, and governance principles. This revised version reinforces our commitment to sustainability, responsible innovation, and ethical governance, in line with international standards such as GRI, SASB, and the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

This policy will guide our present and future ESG efforts, including reporting, disclosures, business practices, policies, procedures, investments, board activities, stakeholder engagement, and investor relations, among others.

Purpose of this Policy

The purpose of this policy is to provide information on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors and encourage the company to improve its understanding and performance in these areas. It applies to all subsidiaries, employees, and partners, and serves as a frame of reference for decision-making, reporting, and continuous improvement in ESG matters.

The governing body of the SATEC Group has approved this policy, which does not form part of any employment or service contract and may be modified at any time.

Governance Structure

To ensure effective oversight, the SATEC Group has established a Sustainability and ESG Committee, chaired by a member of the Steering Committee. This Committee is responsible for defining ESG objectives, monitoring progress, and coordinating actions across departments. Each business unit integrates ESG criteria into its operations and reporting system.
