Quality Policy
The General Management of SATEC considers it their obligation to ensure compliance with all legal requirements and other applicable regulations in all activities performed within the organization.
One of our main objectives, reflected in our mission, is to provide high-quality products and services, not only to achieve maximum satisfaction but also to contribute to the evolution, efficiency, and productivity of our clients.
Our aim is to ensure excellent levels of quality in the market through the continuous improvement of the processes and activities we develop in our organization.
We are fully aware that, to remain competitive and increase our customers' confidence, we must involve all our suppliers in the idea that quality must be present in all activities and decisions of the organization. Factors such as usability, presentation, price, and delivery times can be crucial in service delivery or solution provision.
We involve our staff by promoting talent, integrity, and teamwork to achieve Continuous Improvement.
Offering innovative solutions and services to become a benchmark in our industry and community is a strategic goal for us.
Environmental Policy
The activities of SATEC consist of the marketing of telecommunications equipment and the provision of installation, maintenance, and technical support services for such equipment, as well as the provision of network security services and the development of software creation projects.
Accordingly, the Environmental Policy of SATEC has been adapted to the fact that its activities do not include manufacturing, the consumption of raw materials, or the generation of by-products or waste beyond those typical of an office and a warehouse for equipment intended for sale.
SATEC wishes to express its commitment to the Environment through the establishment of the following principles constituting its Environmental Policy, which aim to promote awareness towards the preservation of the environment through actions that enable the efficient and responsible use of the resources available within our organization, while respecting applicable regulations:
- · Complying with legislation to ensure that daily activities are carried out in accordance with applicable and current laws and regulations, as well as all requirements arising from agreements entered into with other companies or organizations.
- · Ensuring the continuous improvement of the System and the prevention of pollution through the periodic review and updating of the Environmental Management System, the achievement of objectives, and the evaluation and identification of environmental aspects and risks, minimizing our impact on climate change.
- · Identifying potential environmental impacts, promoting the efficient use of resources, encouraging material recycling, reducing waste, fostering the rational use and saving of energy within our organization, and reducing our carbon footprint.
- · Disseminating the Environmental Management System among our professionals and including it in our training plans, as well as explaining the Company’s environmental policy, procedures, and management, in addition to extending good practices to the personal sphere of our employees.
- · Promoting respect for our Environmental and Sustainability Policy among our contractors and suppliers.
IT Service Management Policy
The SATEC Production Management, aware of its commitment to customers, prioritizes the pursuit of excellence in the delivery of IT services as a differentiating factor.
Additionally, Management is committed to ensuring that the organization complies with all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements applicable to the services provided by SATEC.
Within the framework of a global process-based management system, which we believe best positions us to achieve our objectives, I establish the following principles, trusting in their fulfillment through the maximum dedication and effort of all individuals involved in SATEC's IT Services:
